The Mercy Health Safety Restraint Kit Hospital Ward is a modified version of the original Stryker Stretcher Strap Kit.

The set was designed and made by us after many in house visits to ensure its practicability.

Made for highly agitated clients that can pose a risk of harm to themselves or others, this kit allows intervention and safe medical treatment to be applied while keeping client and staff in a safe environment.

Once complete this set has variations to the tether straps while the ankle and wrist cuffs were made to size to fit the beds required. A set of ankle wrist cuffs were modified to utilize the fast and efficient Cam Buckle design.

Wrist cuffs are applied to the wrist using 50mm hook and loop Velcro then secured with a tether strap threaded between two “D” rings. The wrist cuff anchor is placed midway along the bed then attached to anchor points using the Cam Buckle tethers. The ankle cuff anchor is placed at the foot of the bed and secured to anchor points with the two Cam buckle tethers. All tethers will tighten and release efficiently and effortlessly. Once in place a client can be placed on the bed where the ankle cuffs are applied to the wrist using 50mm hook and loop Velcro then secured with a tether strap threaded between two “D” rings.

All kits are supplied in Grey denier zipper bags for compact storage and keeping the kits together.

All components are able to be purchased individually if required or needed using the above codes.
