The Mechanical Restraint Device Emergency Set is a compact kit versatile for small spaces and storage.  The kit comes complete with four adjustable tether straps and four wrist cuffs.

The cuffs comprise of blue Neoprene with a “D” ring and slide with strong but versatile black hook and loop Velcro. A sash tongue in the center of the cuff attaches to the tether straps. Each tether strap is adjustable in length on a strong 38mm black webbing and has a protector buckle that attaches to the sash tongue.

A Mechanical Key is also supplied with the kit for a quick release restraint system. Tether straps are attached to anchor points on the bed or trolley. The wrist straps are placed around an agitated client’s ankles and wrist. The cuff is secured with the Velcro while a tether strap overlaps it and is threaded through the “D” ring and slide.

Once in place and they connect to the tether straps. This can aide in keeping an agitated client from causing harm to themselves or to others and aides in administering treatment they may require. Kit comes complete in a blue denier storage bag.
