Once firmly in place, the client can be safely positioned on the bed, where soft yet strong Lycra cuffs are applied around the legs. These cuffs fasten securely with hook and loop Velcro, offering both comfort and restraint. For enhanced safety, an additional tether strap is wrapped around each cuff and threaded through the heavy-duty “D” rings, preventing accidental release or excessive movement.
