The Anti-Submarine Velcro Strap, also known as a groin strap, is an additional safety component designed for use with a special needs harness system.

Purpose

This strap is designed to prevent the occupant from sliding forward in the seat and “submarining” under the lap belt during normal travel or sudden vehicle movement.
