The Ankle Wrist Bracelets are a device for agitated client’s that may pose a risk to themselves and others. Where treatment is required, these cuffs enable the client to be kept safe while treatment is being delivered. The cuffs are made of Lycra fabric that is not harsh on the client’s skin.
The cuffs are placed around the wrist and ankle firmly with the hook and loop Velcro.
A shorter tether strap then wraps around the cuff and is threaded through the two “D” rings to secure it firmly. The longer tether strap then attaches to a bed or trolley anchor point and is then threaded through the two “D” rings to ensure firm but limited movement.
This restraint also comes in Bariatric sizing if required.
