The Hemco Ankle Wrist Bracelet Cam Buckle is a versatile restraint that is perfect for providing medical treatment to agitated clients. Made of durable, washable black Lycra, these cuffs easily wrap around the wrist or ankle and are secured with strong 50mm hook and loop Velcro. The cuffs are held firmly in place with 25mm Type 1 webbing and threaded through two metal “D” rings. The longer tether straps can then be attached to anchor points on a bed, trolley, or stretcher, and efficiently threaded through the Cam Buckle for quick attachment and release.
