Our Mechanical Restraint Device Emergency Set Bariatric is in use in many Emergency departments.

It is a quick versatile and sturdy restraint that is detachable as well as quick release, especially in environments where agitated clients could pose a risk to themselves or to others.

This allows the client to be kept safe and others while medical treatment is being given.

The set consists of four wrist cuffs that attach around the wrists and ankles. It is then secured with strong 50mm hook and loop Velcro followed by a type 1 restraint web tether strap being threaded through the metal “D” ring and slide.

The four black protector buckle tether straps are anchored to the bed, trolley or stretcher anchor points and adjusted as required, once the client is in position on the bed and cuffs are attached via the sash tongue.

Set is packaged in a yellow denier bag with a mechanical key.

This set is adjustable and adaptable if it is required, and components can be purchased separately if required with the below codes.
