This restraint comes with 2 inner cuffs for ankle and 2 cable ties.

Place inner cuff around ankle and then secure restraint cuff around ankle and inner cuff firmly via the velcro.

Then use cable ties.

Each cuff has blue webbing ties that are used for  attaching to bed frame.

Set consists of 2 units.
